Hi, I’m Sheyla, and welcome to Yoga Zakti! I chose the name “Zakti” because it represents Positive Energy, Strength, and Potential, qualities that yoga has brought into my life and ones I want to share with you. My journey began over 10 years ago while searching for relief from lower back and sciatica pain during pregnancy. Through yoga, I found not only physical healing but also mental clarity and emotional balance.
This transformative experience led me to dive deeper into my practice, exploring different styles and becoming a certified instructor. Today, I’m proud to guide others on their own yoga journeys, helping them discover their inner strength and potential, just as I did.
